قال الخبير في الشؤون الإفريقية الموساوي العجلاوي، إن مجلس النواب، ومن خلال جلسته التي انتهت قبل قليل، والتي خصصت للتصويت على القانون التأسيسي للإتحاد الإفريقي، أكد أن الأحزاب السياسية، سواء أكانت داخل البرلمان أو خارجه، ألها نفس الأفق الوطني والسياسي والاستراتيجي للمغرب، بعد أن أعطت لمسألة عودة المغرب للمؤسسة الإفريقية قوة كبيرة.
وأضاف العجلاوي، خلال مشاركته بـ “ضيف اليوم”، على قناة “ميدي 1″، بث مساء اليوم الأربعاء، أن اليوم هو “يوم تاريخي، كل حزب قدم رؤيته بطريقته الخاصة، وعبر بصورة دقيقة عن الإجماع الوطني”، مشددا على أن “المرجعية التي حكمت نقاش اليوم هي الخطاب الملكي للقمة 27 للإتحاد الإفريقي وخطاب دكار”.
وذكر المتحدث أن “عدد الدول الإفريقية التي وافقت على عودة المغرب للإتحاد الإفريقي هي 40 دولة، وهي جميعا تعترف بحق المغرب في استرجاع مقعده داخل الجسم الإفريقي المؤسساتي”.
وتابع العجلاوي “المغرب خلال السنوات الأخيرة، تبنى مقاربة مدروسة وصحيحة بشكل كبير، وسلك دبلوماسية برغماتية وواقعية جيدة”، مسترسلا “كما أبان أن له مقاربة جديدة للوضع الإفريقي وعلاقته بالاتحاد، على مستوى الشراكة والتعاون”.
