وصف عمدة طنجة محمد البشير العبدلاوي، انتقادات المعارضة لميزانية 2017 خلال تقديم المشروع الثاني لميزانية الجماعة لدورة 2017، الخميس الماضي، بـ “المزايدات الفارغة”، على اعتبار أنها هي من كانت في موقع التدبير والتسيير، وأن أغلب إجراءات نزع الملكية، التي صدرت بشأنها أحكام قضائية لتعويض ذوي الحقوق تمت في عهد المجالس السابقة التي كانت تشكل من حزبي الأصالة والمعاصرة والتجمع الوطني للأحرار.
وأضاف عمدة طنجة أن المعارضة الحالية، حين كانت تسير المجلس السابق لم تكن تحترم في الكثير من الأحيان المساطر القانونية لنزع الملكية، فقد سبق لها أن قدمت أرقاما مغلوطة حول هذا الموضوع. والأكثر من هذا أن عدم احترامها مساطر نزع الملكية، عدم تعويض أصحاب العقارات كان السبب في إيصال رقم الاقتطاع من حساب الجماعة لصالح ضحايا نزع الملكية وصل هذه السنة إلى 300 مليون درهم.
للإشارة فمجلس مدينة طنجة يعيش أزمة مالية خانقة بسبب تسييرها السابق وليس بسبب المجلس الحالي، خصوصا بسبب ملف نزع الملكية.
