وقع صدام دبلوماسي قوي، اليوم الثلاثاء، بين المغرب وفنزويلا المؤيدة لأطروحة البوليساريو الانفصالية، وذلك أثناء أشغال لجنة إنهاء الاستعمار بالأمم المتحدة، أثناء نقاش حول وضع الصحراء المغربية.
وفي ظل إصرار المغرب على عدم السماح بحديث مندوب جبهة البوليساريو الانفصالية، قرر السفير الفنزويلي لدى الأمم المتحدة، رافائيل راميريث، الذي يترأس اللجنة في النهاية تعليق الجلسة التي كان مقررا عقدها اليوم، والتي كانت قد عقدت قبل يوم من موعدها بناء على طلب المغرب.
واتهم راميريث السفير المغربي عمر هلال بالسعي لـ”إفساد” الاجتماع”، في حين شجب الأخير تصرفه بقوة، واتهمه بمحاولة فرض موقفه على اللجنة و”تغيير القواعد” حينما تم اغلاق المايكروفون عنه.
وفي تصريحات نقلتها وكالة “إفي”، اعتبر هلال أن المندوب الفنزويلي يريد أن يفعل في الأمم المتحدة “ما يفعلونه في كاراكاس”، مردفا بالقول “فنزويلا تطبق معايير ديكتاتورية، كالتي يطبقها رئيسها”.
واعتبر هلال أن راميريث “لديه موقف ايديولجي” في قضية الصحراء المغربية ويعارض “اللائحة الداخلية” للجنة، بينما وصف راميريث موقف السفير المغربي بـ”المخجل”، مؤكدا أنه “تعبير عن احتقار هلال للطريق الدبلوماسي والطريق متعدد الأطراف”.
ويأتي ذلك في خضم توتر بين الأمم المتحدة والرباط، بعدما قام الجانب المغربي بطرد جزء كبير من العاملين المدنيين ببعثة المنظمة الأممية في الصحراء، كما ظهرت فنزويلا كإحدى الدول المنتقدة بشدة للمغرب وذلك في المناقشات التي عقدت في مجلس الأمن حول قضية الصحراء.
واستعاد المغرب صحراءه العام 1975 بعد رحيل المستعمر الإسباني. وتسعى جبهة بوليساريو مدعومة من الجزائر إلى انفصال هذه المنطقة عن المغرب، في حين تقترح الرباط “حكما ذاتيا واسعا” تحت سيادتها.
ويضع المغرب قضية الصحراء على رأس أولوياته في الحراك الدبلوماسي ورفض الانضمام للاتحاد الإفريقي بعد أن اعتمد الاتحاد بوليساريو عضوا فيه.
وأكد الملك محمد السادس في نونبر 2014، أن الصحراء المغربية ستظل تحت السيادة المغربية “إلى أن يرث الله الأرض ومن عليها”، مؤكدا أن “مبادرة الحكم الذاتي هي أقصى ما يمكن أن يقدمه المغرب” لحل هذا النزاع.
