للعام الثالث على التوالي، تضطر عائلة الفلسطيني حسين شاهين، للإفطار على أنقاض منزلها المدمر منذ الحرب التي شنتها إسرائيل على قطاع غزة، صيف عام 2014.
ورغم الدمار الكبير الذي أصاب المنزل، إلا أن الأسرة المكونة من الزوج حسين، وزوجته سماهر، وطفلتهما سلمى، تقيم فيه بشكل دائم، حيث استصلحت غرفة صغيرة، باستخدام الصفيح والبلاستيك.
وما تزال الأسرة، تنتظر إزالة ركام منزلها المُدمر بشكلٍ شبه كامل، وإعادة إعماره، أسوة بأسر فلسطينية أخرى.
وتزيد درجات الحرارة المرتفعة من معاناة الأسرة، التي تجد نفسها محرومة للعام الثالث على التوالي من الاستمتاع بأجواء شهر الصيام، كما تفاقم أزمتي نقص التيار الكهربائي، والمياه، من معاناة الأسرة.وتبلغ مساحة المنزل الأصلية 200 متر، ويقع في بلدة عبسان الجديدة، جنوبي قطاع غزة، قليلٌ من الأواني المطبخية البالية، وضعت على الأرض، كساها الغبار، وملابس وضعت في أكياس، وسرير خشبي صغير، مُثبت بمكعبات خراسانية، وحمام ضيق جدرانه ألواح خشبية؛ هذه مكونات منزل “شاهين”.
تقول الزوجة سماهر (32 عاما) التي بدت عليها علامات التعب والإرهاق جليةً، لمراسل الأناضول:” عام 2014، تعرض منزلنا للتدمير الكُلي، ولم يعُد صالحا للسكن، ولم نجد مأوى، فقمنا بإصلاح جزءًا منه، وسكنا به، ولم نتلقَ سوى قليل من المساعدات”.
وحول أسباب الإقامة في المنزل، وعدم استئجار شقة، كباقي الأسر التي فقدت منازلها، قالت إنها عمدت إلى توفير المال بهدف إجراء عملية تلقيح صناعي (إخصاب مجهري).
وأضافت موضحة:” تزوجت قبل عشرة أعوام، ولم أرزق بأطفال، وأجرينا ثلاث عمليات (إخصاب مجهري) دون جدوى، ورغم تعرض منزلنا للتدمير، لم أتخلَ عن حُلم إنجاب طفل ينير حياتنا، فاضطررت للسكن فوق الركام، وتوفير مبلغ بدل الإيجار الشهري، لإجراء عملية جديدة”.
وتابعت:” قبل نحو ثمانية أشهر، رزقت بطفلتي الأولى (سلمى)، ولم تتسع الدنيا لي من الفرح، لكن تبقى منقوصة لعدم وجود مكان مُلائم نعيش به”.
وتشير إلى أن أسرتها لا تتلقى في الوقت الحالي، “بدل إيجار منزل”، من وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين (أونروا)، أو من أي جهة أخرى.كما توضح أن من أسباب تأخر إعمار المنزل، قلة عدد أفراد الأسرة، مضيفة:” الجهات المانحة تقدم المساعدات للأسر التي تزيد عن خمسة أفراد”.
وفي السابع من يوليو/تموز 2014، شنت إسرائيل على قطاع غزة حربا استمرت لـ”51 يومًا” تسببت بمقتل نحو 2200 فلسطيني، وإصابة 11 ألفا آخرين، بالإضافة إلى تدمير عشرات الآلاف من المنازل.
وتصف شاهين حياتها بالصعبة جدًا، خاصة في شهر رمضان؛ حيث تشتكي من كثرة الحيوانات التي تدخل للغرفة التي تعيش بها، “كالنمل، والفئران، والقطط، والديدان، والبعوض”، وتقول إنها تخشى على صغيرتها من أن “تُصاب بأي مرض، جراء الأوضاع الصعبة التي تعيشها”. كما تؤكد أنها تعاني كثيرًا في تنظيف الأواني والملابس، التي تتعرض باستمرار للغبار والأتربة، وتؤكد أن هذه الظروف الصعبة، تفقد العائلة الإحساس بأجواء شهر رمضان.
